Amazing facility , great help for my child . It is costly but worth every penny . Staff is hands on and they treat the individual with great care

Omg DO NOT trust these people!! They told me that everything was covered my insurance covered everything and 2 months later ..i received a 25,000 bill from them!! Do not trust when they say "Oh we are good with insurance companies" they totally take advantage of people at their most vulnerable state!! Please whatever you do make sure you triple check everything bc you'll end up worse than how you went in.
I went to mountainside in April 2015. When calling and upon arrival I was assured and reassured that by insurance would cover it that it was authorized. Fast-forward two years later A $32,000 bill pops up and is now on my credit report. I stress please no matter how vulnerable and you are do not let this company take advantage of you! Do your research do not let them lie to you and tell you it's covered in end up with the situation I am it is literally life-threatening this is something that somebody will relapse over and probably die !!!
My daughter was addicted to crack. Her addiction lead her to robbing our family every chance she got to satisfy her cravings. When she was finally arrested she realized she needed help. I’m not gonna lie, the temptation to let her rot after what she did to our family was in my mind. But we got her to Mountainside. I was amazed that not only did her treatment start that first day, but the family treatment started right there as well. They realize that not only does the addict need help but the family does too. When she finished treatment, she went and got her GED, went to college and got a degree in business. She is now 4 years clean and sober with a great job and an even better outlook on life.
