Great place for a retreat but their food is occasionally inedible. Not sure if anyone has ever complained? I've noticed this both times I've visited in the past few years. Kosher can taste good. They just need to actually taste their food before putting it out.

Community feeling, ecological commitment, beautiful scenery, delicious (and fresh!) food, homemade pickles; lovingly maintained buildings, campus, and trails.
