Pulled up to the car wash and was met by someone and was told my truck was too muddy.... the mud he was referring to was from the drive way.... no wonder why I never see any vehicles there..... poor excuse for a business. Lazy employees must not want to actually do their job...
I went to this car wash specifically because last night where I parked, birds deposited 'presents' on my car, and I wanted to wash it off immediately. I went through the automatic full service wash and paid for the highest end wash. After I got home I noticed the car was still just as dirty as it was before. I drove back down to talk to someone. The door was locked. The sign had a phone number so I called it. The man I spoke to, who never provided his name, and didn't offer to come look at the car, first asked if it was a white car and I said no. Then he just said it wouldn't come off. He was argumentative and very rude. I explained I came down to get my problem fixed, not to argue and he said he wasn't arguing, but, "I didn't want to listen". When I pointed out he had been talking over me, and raised his voice to me, he just kept talking over me more. I finally recognized he wasn't going to do anything to fix my issue, nor refund my money so I left. I would never go there again. It was the most rude and unprofessional experience I have had with a private business. You'd have to go do the DMV to be treated with that much disrespect and disinterest in helping you.
Only one self wash Bay open at the moment. I'm just glad to see there open.
